Probably the best classic-style pizza pie you can get in Michigan. Robust homemade sauce, perfect crunch to chew ratio in the dough, and the cheese and toppings are top-quality. Believe the hype. You see the picture in my review? That pizza tasted every bit as good as it looked, and so will yours.

Fredi the PizzaMan is the best pizza in Michigan — nothing else even comes close. Fredi is a true master of his craft and personally makes every single pizza himself. You can taste the love and skill in every bite. No matter where you’re coming from in Michigan, it’s worth the drive. You won’t regret it!

Hands down the best pizza in metro Detroit. I live 30 minutes aways and the pizza is well worth the drive! This place has the best vibes, everyone is friendly and inviting.

Keep hearing about this place from everyone about being one of the best pizza in metro Detroit. Menu is simple. Pizza is thin and crispy, has a good char on the bottom to give additional flavor. Ingredients are fresh, pizza doesn't feel greasy or heavy even with pepperoni Ravioli is good too. Since it is so popular and the restaurant is small. It does get crowded pretty quick.

Hands Down the BEST pizza I've ever had!! Fresh ingredients, great service relaxed and inviting atmosphere. Lots of local memorabilia from local figures in the area. Fredi and the entire staff are beyond friendly and welcoming. They even took time to snap a Pic with us. I wish I could give more stars. Bottom line....GO HERE!

We have been on the hunt for a good thin crust pizza that doesn’t get soggy and this was it! Years of waiting paid off for Fredi’s. A classic old school dive with great service. Any new fancy pizza place can’t beat the crisp crust they do. One could argue it’s a tad expensive for pizza but it’s worth the extra bit to not have your pizza sag and all the toppings fall off right when you pick it up. We will be back and bringing family/friends next time!

Went to Lions training camp about a mile and a half away and then got to go to what many have said is the best pizza in Michigan, in Fredi The PizzaMan! Definitely lived up to the hype for us!!Love the vibe in there, Fredi and his staff were all so friendly and nice. It was packed inside so sat on some picnic tables on the side. Pizza and calzone were both great, but going all pizzas next time! Love that Fredi does so much to support the autism community!!! Just make sure to grab your ticket on the left when you walk in and enjoy an awesome, unique pizza experience!

Friend of mine recommended I go check out this Pizza and he sent me the link for one bite review from Portnoy, and I gotta tell you, I was in town from South Carolina and this was probably the highlight of my trip! Little off my beaten path but oh my God it’s the best crust I’ve ever had. The sauce is wonderful. We had a bacon mushroom sausage and pepperoni pizza that was to die for love. The ranch dispensers are priceless, atmosphere is super cool and old-school pizzeria, and we met Freddi who was super gracious, nice, and welcoming. He deserves all the success in the world!
